    DIY question

I think this has to do with me being tall and the shower water bouncing off my head onto the painted wall. The paint is starting to peel right around the edge of the shower. I painted it a couple of years ago using some stuff that was supposed to be somewhat waterproof but now it's starting to peel again. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? I really don't want to tile in this section.

I'm not an expert, but that kind of looks like a portal of some kind.

It's not your height at all, I have a brother in law who's a contractor, he sees this all the time in showers where the guy spends a little too long cleaning his man parts...IYKWIM...

You can buy sheets of flat shower surround, cut it to the size you need and glue it up.
