Ever tried smoked Havarti? Not a combination I would have thought of, but damn it's good.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

    Re: Cheese

Love some good cheese along with a beer tasting. I admittedly know quite little about cheese, though... other than that I like most of it in my belly. Also, cottage cheese is of the devil.

Fareway (Fastco) cottage cheese is a gift mankind is unworthy of enjoying.

    Re: Cheese

    stole my idea!

I have rarely met a cheese I haven't liked. But mozzerella will always be my favorite.

Still have never figured out what the SCHNASTY cheese I tried in Vegas was. So. Gross.

    Re: Cheese

    My contribution...

Best cheddar - yellow (Wisconsin) or white (Vermont)?
Cottage cheese - small or big curd?

Neither - I'm lactose intolerant and cottage cheese most of the time isn't worth me chewing on a lactase pill just to digest it. Although the correct answer used to be small curd.

Pepper jack, sharp cheddar, and deli-sliced yellow American. And for my Italian half, provolone, mozzarella, and ricotta (which most of the time IS worth me popping the lactase pills).

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

    Re: Cheese

Why do cheese fans need to constantly tell me that I should like cheese? I've seen it in the store, I don't like it, leave me alone.
