    Re: Next commit?

His elusiveness is awesome, his long balls in this video were right on target, but what stands out is his flat out speed. With the class we have coming, I'd be very happy with him as addition, talk about explosive!

He says he wants to see campus before he makes his decision (commits IMO) and that would be during his Official visit, I think he will commit but it won't be for a couple months yet! Really high on this kid, don't think he's a 2* either, more than likely a 3* especially if Coach K is going to use him the way he used Collin Kaepernick (sp?) at Nevada

^^^^yep^^^^ He has speed that can't be taught, but the best thing about it is that he goes from 1st to 5th gear and shifts like the best of running backs, and finds the hole.

Maybe I should have said next QB commit. Ya, he probably won't sign for a while, but man, that is just what we need in a read option QB.

Fantastic instinct, I like him a lot, this recruiting class is fantastic because all of the coaches are getting some of the top recruits on their wish lists, remember all of the names on the 2014 Cyclone football recruiting list, you will be hearing them around in the next two years or so and not just in the Iowa State community

    Re: Next commit?

I'm thinking either Ahrens or Benzschawel, but I'm hoping for Sykes. Maybe Miquel Cotton. It wouldn't surprise me if we only see 1-2 more prior to official visits for the home games. They're halfway done now.

I have to think that for better or worse, Micquell Cotton will be the next one to commit to a school. He said that he has made his decision but has not told anyone (outside of family I'm assuming) where he is going. He has been retweeting a ton of stuff from Syracuse, us and I think Indiana lately (too much Syracuse for my taste). Think it comes down to Syracuse and the good guys, I'm thinking he is leaning good guys 60-65%, we will find out soon enough

    Re: Next commit?

Excellent speed, nice passing game, great size, very good at the read option game,

and no I did not just describe Colin Kaepernick.

His size and speed? Yes please. He made a lot of the secondary looks like fools.

I got into a spat with a Syracuse fan about fans facilities because "Iowa state plays with a cob of corn, not a football". I said that Micquell would choose us (key note: I did not have his handle tagged in my tweet, and he does not follow me) and he retweeted it.

    Re: Next commit?

I've never seen a 5'8 linebacker and hopefully we're not recruiting him for that as he's listed as one on espn. It's just too short.

    Re: Next commit?

    Let's think for a moment about a.scenario:

    Kenric young
    Micquell Cotton
    DLC

2/3 of Sykes, Jeff Jones, and dewayne Hendrix (longshot).

Add that to the current commits and I might have a heart attack.
