    Boulevard Rye-on-Rye?

Anybody ever had this? Heard a guy talk about it the other week and he said it was pretty good. I didn't catch where he got it at though. Do they sell it in any stores around central Iowa?

Hy-Vee gets it from time to time. One of their better Smokestack series. I also enjoy the Harvest Dance and Tank 7.

It sells out pretty fast when Hy-Vee gets it. It is pretty good but I'm not sure it is worth what it cost. I think it was $17 or so.

I've had it and when hy-vee gets it in (which is rare) I buy a few of them. I really like it.

I think the last time I bought it (which was 6 months ago) it was maybe $9 tops... I know it wasnt $17. I think I still have one of the bottles, I'll see if it has the price on it.

On a side note, I noticed that Deschutes is coming to Iowa starting this weekend. I've never had it. Do they have a good IPA?

I've had a bottle of it before. It's pretty good stuff. I got it from one of my wife's family members who picked it up in KC.

While I've not had any IPA of theirs, the Twilight Summer Ale and Mirror Pond Pale Ale are both good beers. Given the choice between those two I'd go with Mirror Pond, it just just has a lovely balance between hops and the malt, hits a lot of good notes. Twilight was a good beer but it suffers from being very indistinct when compared to a bunch of other beers in the category.

I googled the price and found it from $9 up to $17.50. I swear the Hy-Vee on Jordan Creek was selling it for $17.

One of their best beers. It is a limited release. They only make around 4,000 cases.
