Depending what recipe it is used with I can handle that. But all the openness in the middle needs to be filled with something good. By itself though I still go with linguine

Do homemade noodles count as pasta or are they too decadent for that?

Not a big fan of spaghetti, or angel hair. Not enough there

When I first saw the title, I thought this was about lingerie. Very disappointing.

Not sure a thread about that would last very long, knowing the appreciation for pics that most CF'ers have

On the flip side, thin spaghetti is clearly the worst.

I assume that you're not consuming pasta all by its lonesome. You must have a sauce. The mostaccoli noodle, by being a tube, allows for that sauce to cover a greater surface area, increasing flavor and deliciousness. Also, no need to cut it prior to consuming.

Re: Linguine is the best pasta

meanwhile, I want to know about these linguine recipes OP's wife makes. I'm a pretty big fettuccine fan which is pretty much the same thing.

That reminds me I need to look up a way to make shrimp fettuccine healthy so I can have it this weekend.....well, besides using half and half.
