Too often a good coach is fired due to circumstances beyond his control in the NBA.
Case in point: George Karl. NBA Coach of te Year award and 55+ wins got him fired. It's absurd.

Well when you can only get out of the first round of the playoffs once in nine years, it's really not that absurd that the team might feel they need to go in a different direction.

And Georges continues to impress. He's a very smart and well spoken kid. I'm so excited he is a Cyclone. Georgesfan, you should be really proud :)
I am excited that he is a Cyclone too. Words cannot describe the pride I feel. I am constantly reading the texts I get from him to my friends and coworkers. He can be so thoughtful and funny (at times). I know I am biased but he really is a great young man. I still can't believe that he is my son. We are very thankful to be in this position. I am just happy that he is happy. And, he is right! Fred is a great role model and mentor and just a genuinely good person. I love their relationship. We are truly living a dream.

The dude looks nice and fit. We're going to need more minutes out of him.
