    TCU basketballs best recruit

Will not be playing due to academics at Dion Sanders Prep school. LSU lost a top 50 guy. TCU guy is ranked 77. That is the best recruit I can remember TCU getting for a long long time.

You'd think they would figure it out when some of the core courses were:

History - The James Naismith story
    World Cultures - European Basketball
    Math - Calculating Basketball stats
    Language Arts - Basketball terminology
    Sociology - NBA team dynamics
Science - Why is there air? (guest lecturer: Bill Cosby)
    Phys Ed - Bowling

If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls

Too bad. We need TCU to be half-decent down the road.

If they're going to suck, they might as well really suck.
