    I saw this in the WestVirginia / Big 12 Conference Forum….

    Luminosity came out withtheir list of the Top 100 Smartest Cities in the US.

    Notable B12 towns:

    #5) Ames, IA
    #9) Lawrence, KS
    #25) Stillwater, OK

    #56) Morgantown, WV

    I guess the Big 12suffered a “brain drain” when former conference members left:

    #11) CollegeStation-Bryan, TX
    #16) Boulder, CO
    #31) Lincoln, NE
    #41) Columbia, MO

    Unless I missed something, the only Texas city to even make the list was College Station. But I guess lm not sure why that's surprising me, after living here.

    Austin probably makes the list if it had something like 10% of its current population. Instead if being the typical college town like most of the cities in that list, it is also the state capital and one of the larger cities in America. In other words, it has less than intelligent people dragging it down.
