Re: Iowa vs Iowa State recruiting 2013-2014?

Lol! No troll but that is cool. Guess no one has legitimate answer. I pull for all of the Iowa schools and it is a legitimate debate. If ISU cannot begin to take some of that recruiting momentum from Iowa now, when will they? UNI is always going to get what the other 2 schools dont want, but it is concerning that after a year like last year Iowa State had no interest at all from anyone other than a Cyclone legacy

This is like a reverse psychology troll... A troll so bad that it can't possible really be a troll, right?

I guess McCarney and Rhoads have proven 1 point let Ferentz get the Iowa kids and we just beat him at the only thing that matters, the actual game.

It will take a year or two of beating the urine stains to change the dynamic of the state. If you are not a troll, then use some common sense.

If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls

Are you worried that Iowa's recruits will get "cold feet"...Ross P or Jay S? It's the nature of college football. Iowa State has proven year after year they can compete with less "stars". I think CPR is the right guy and will win some battles in the state and lose others. I'm curious to see Iowa does this year. A lot of questions around Iowa's program with lack of talent at RB, secondary, QB and d-line.

Face it troll, iowa just isn't that important anymore. Mediocre program in an even more mediocre conference. Are you prepared for another 3-4 win season?

And on what planet must you live on to say with a straight face that Iowa State has had more on the field success than Iowa??? Regardless of who you choose to cheer for, Iowa has had far more success on the football field than ISU and it is not even close.

Are you talking about Northrup? We have very different definitions of "stud". I guess compared to me, they're all studs but if we're comparing him to his peers, a 3 star recruit with his only BCS offers from UNC, Rutgers, and ISU isn't a stud. Lazard is a stud

Setting your all-time attendance record during a historic .500 campaign is the definition of mediocre and irrelevant people!

fyi, your true colors are showing through, at least try to be transparent.

And it depends what time frame you are referring to in regards to on-field success, Iowa is trending down, ISU is trending up.

Ah, so now it's "your"...I was waiting for that.

Umm...you do realize that Iowa's record last season was both more mediocre AND more irrelant?

And the troll shows his teeth, having failed to get a rise out of the isu posters. Notice the "we/our" has been dropped in favor of "your".
