    Richard Amardi to Oregon

I know this is already in a long Amardi thread but for those not following it, last night Jeff Goodman reported that Amardi would sign with Oregon.

That's good news for ISU IMO. I for one didn't want to see him end up in Manhattan.

Good for him. He landed on his feet and is going to a good tournament team.

Hope he has a breakout year. Will be rooting for him.

And thank you CW for the new thread. My biggest pet peeve is having to find info on page 43 of some thread.

Can we put that other thread out of it's misery now?

And now he can beat Alford (twice?) next year, that will also make me happy.

Fantastic; good for him! Oregon could be an up-and-coming program wil Altman at the helm and building on their success last season. I'll make a point to watch a few of their games now.

Good for Richard. He had a pretty classy statement towards Fred and ISU.
    Best of Luck!

No, we must only post in threads that are many pages long and have ***official*** on them!

Hope people actually pay attention to Amardi's statement. He seemed to handle it all quite well. Better than his coach.

What do you expect from his coach? Do you want him to thank ISU for putting the kid in that position? Of course not. The guy is looking out for his players.

I know it's been discussed ad nauseum, but please explain.
