    Help with Word 2010

I'm trying to create a form that will dynamically select sections/pages to display or hide based on selections made on the cover page. My cover page has a "check all that apply" question using Check Box Content Controls. Once the user has made their selections, I'd like to have followup questions for only the selected items appear rather than every question in the document.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

You can spend a lot of time and money picking out the perfect floral bouquet for your date ... but you're probably better off checking if you have bad breath and taking the porn out of the glove compartment.

I think you'd have to use an "Ask" statement to allow multiple choices, and then an "If" statement, but I'm not sure how that would work with the checkbox item. I'd probably try googling from there.
