    Probably. Depends on texture. Not sure I could eat a grub type because I worry they would be like a jelly doughnut but without the tasty jelly. I would eat crunchy roasted things though.

    There is already a good number of food products with insect parts inside. One of those attention getting slideshow websites had a feature on it recently. Certain dyes and colorings are only found from insects. Anything grown outdoors is going to have parts of insects stuck inside anyway.

    this. One of the red dyes that's added to a lot of foods, Red #7 or something like that, is made by crushing up a certain kind of beetle and running it through a fine mesh screen.

    I guess they are pretty much bottom feeders eating the garbage of the ocean huh? If cockroaches tasted like lobster, I'd eat a giant plate of them with some drawn butter.
