Friday OT: Best Show You've Ever Seen at an ISU-related Venue

What is the best/several best show (not related to sports) that you’ve seen at an Iowa State-affiliated venue? Jack Trice, Stephens and Fisher, M-Shop, VEISHEA, whatever!

    For example:

M-Shop – Tristan Prettyman was very good several years ago, as was Shannon Curfman.
    Hilton – Weezer
Stephens – There have been several. Ryan Adams was good, but I really liked Madama Butterfly (an opera) and a version of Pride & Prejudice that was there this winter that was done as if it were an old-style radio show. The best thing I ever saw at Stephens, though, was when David Cross came for Homecoming about 11 years ago.

Ever since I've been old enough to go to a show, they pretty much stopped doing them at Jack Trice. :(

I actually fell asleep at that one. Circa 2004-5?

Prince was the most impressive concert I've seen at Hilton.
Mick Foley had a great lecture/story telling event at Stephens.

George Strait in 2007. These no-names Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert opened for The King that night.

    Hilton: Page & Plant
    JTS: McCartney

I have since become a huge Pink Floyd fan and wish I could have seen them at JTS. I'm guessing that would have been my favorite.

I'm not a huge concert guy, but Saliva at*VEISHEA was a pretty damn good time.

Really all of the free VEISHEA concerts were fun. (Yep, even Mike Jones. Obviously terrible performance but the atmosphere was still incredible.)
