    That is pretty low, but aren't they getting that just for basically "trying out"?

    Anybody know if they get a weekly or monthly salary on top of that?

    Low or not, they can all say they were legitimately paid to play football in the NFL. That has to be worth something intangible.

    For training camp they get room and board, as well as a per diem. I don't know how much it is, though. Can't imagine it's a ton.
