    Most medications are good way past expiration dates - the expiration date relates to legal liability limits, not necessarily medical efficacy.

    So I search for how long epipens are good for and check out the answer found here:

    Also I know a guy with a severe peanut allergy that has an EpiPen that he used once put he was holding it upside down and injected everything into his thumb.
