    Early graduation?

Did any of the basketball seniors graduate early? If not, does them leaving school before graduation hurt the team or athletic program in any way with the NCAA?

    Re: Early graduation?

I think the way that the APR system works is that once a player leaves the school, as long as they are making progress toward their degree, they don't count negatively toward the school in the eyes of the NCAA. Online courses, summer work, etc are available to do this. Obviously it would be harder for the 1 and done crowd than a senior with 1-2 classes left, but that's the way I understand it.

I would hope Babb, Clyburn, Lucious, and Booker are done. They're only 5th year seniors after all.

I was going to say the same thing. It would be impressive if they were half way done with a masters.

I don't think this is accurate. You are saying Royce needs to be working towards a degree to not harm us?

I mean, I know plenty of people that took 5+ yrs without playing sports......why would there be a double standard for bball players?

    Logic is not Cybomber's strength.

Yes and no...he could work toward a degree, and thereby not be counted against us due to early entry to NBA. Or, NCAA could grant him an exemption due to the 'standard' practice given to NBA draftees. Either way, Babb, Clyburn, McGee, Booker, etc all MORE than equal out Royce leaving early.

Booker is working on his masters. That what I have been told.
