Did you intentionally call Bruce Weber a "good coach"?
    Must have been a typo.

    Agree 1 thru 10.

Question: Why does everyone talk up Kansas's title streak of 9? Wasn't there a couple times they lost head to head with who they tied in standings? I think the most recent was OU in 07 or 08.

He's a great X's and O's coach. Not much of a recruiter IMO. But he still has Martin's players.

if kansas lands Wiggins, then all bets are off. It will likely be their best recruiting class of all time. They may be good enough anyway without Wiggins, extremely talented but just young.

Because it's a darn impressive streak. 9 Conference Titles. You don't discount even the shared titles at some point. 9 easily says something. Until some other team wins the title outright (and not tied w/ KU). And on top of that Self is doing it year after year with relatively new squads. Yes, he has some players stay for multiple years but I would say mostly each year is a different 3 of 5 players.

Randy Peterson's a fool. West Virginia at 3rd? He must have totally ignored this entire last season of college basketball.

Seems like a decent list. I'm not sure I'd put Purple Kansas that high. I bet there's a good chance that we'd be above them. Hard to say, though, because we've got a lot of question marks.

And it wouldn't even be number 1 in the country

I think that Texas Tech will be much better than last year. Tolbert, Crockett, Gray, Hannahs, and Kravic are a good group of guys returning. I could see them finishing better than TCU, West Virgina, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Yes, but they have some decent recruits coming in, and returning some of their better (although young) players.

They won't be at the bottom next year. Won't be #3 either...i'm thinking 6/7 range.

I don't think one should be given the title when they lost the head to head tiebreaker....just my opinion.
