    That scorecard was not wrong. The committee had looked at and cleared that drop by the time he left. There was nothing wrong with his score at that time. They changed their mind later on. The card was right and that's why a DQ was never an option.

    Actually only the us open and British open tournaments will ban the belly or anchoring putter. The PGA is against the ban, the usga and r&a only run those two tournaments. However us ameteurs have to play by usga rules and will not be able use them. It's messed up and I guess the rule is never applied.
