    I'm curious how this would work with something like a tuna steak. Tuna has different properties than a lot of other fish, specifically more fat, which makes it unique in both appearance and taste. It seems like it would be hard to substitute another fish and call it tuna. Now, if they're talking about tuna in the can, then I guess I could see that.
