I'm absolutely SHOCKED that this would happen.

Rutgers is going to continue to suck as long as they have this guy. Also, sure doesn't look like they are bringing in a very stellar class for next year. 1 pg and 2 jucos on top of all they have leaving.

Re: Possible UM Coach (Mike Rice)

He will get fired, but it's pathetic he wasn't fired the second this came out.

I'd like to think that he won't be able to find another coaching job anywhere - but sadly someone will hire him. And that is what enables this behavior.

Has he been fired yet? If not, I'd say he's going to have a hard time recruiting anyone after everyone has had the chance to see this video.

Has not been fired yet. But I can't see how he won't. The pressure alone will force Rutgers to fire him.

Not condoning what Rice did in practice, but I'm sure this type of stuff happens behind closed doors in college practices across the country so I'm not surprised to see this come out.

I see nothing wrong with what the coach did. Actually had some very interesting motivational techniques.

Looks like Rutgers will fit right in with the B10.

Just announced Mike Rice is fired. Good riddance to him. He doesn't deserve to coach.

Guess what he did wasn't bad enough to get fired until the videos were shown on ESPN. Solid job Rutgers.
