    Agreed. Didn't he finish second in his conference? However, given the choice of styles between the two LA hires, I think recruits would rather play for him than Alford's slow-it-down style. So maybe it will turn out for them.

    Yes but not a fair measuring stick. It is only his second year there imo. I think he will be good but we will see. I do not know why anyone would not want to play that style of basketball.

    His style of play is very fun to watch, effective and appealing to young athletes.

    Hope he does well - I'm a fan of what he's done at FGCU. Hoped he would have stayed one or two more years to see if they could make an even bigger mess in CBB.
