    Campus Wedding Pics

Going to be getting married in a couple months and we are considering getting wedding pictures taken on campus. I popped the question under the Campanile, so that will likely be in the background of quite a few. Any 'go to' spots for other pics that people may know of? Also, do I need to get permission or something before doing this?

    Re: Campus Wedding Pics

Prof. Dobbs from the history department told me that the best place to get married on campus is the Food Science Building's courtyard, so it's probably good for wedding photos.

    Love Dobbers!

Another good place would probably be the Lagomarcino walkway. Absolutely beautiful in spring and summer.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

I had thought of this, but was thinking those trees would be out of bloom by end of May. You think they'd still be blooming?

The cow fountain. One of my favorite places. Before they enclosed the courtyard we would climb a wall to get in

Brookside park, Jack Trice turf (yes, we did), and surprisingly a lot of good photos that we did came from the surrounding area of the MU parking ramp to the Knoll.

    Re: Campus Wedding Pics

I would add in front of the MU, around the lake, and there is this pretty little bridge between the MU and Richardson Court that is a really pretty area.

Oh! and the side of Alumni Hall/Enrollment services facing the library. My club did a picture there one year and won a national contest with it;) It's a really scenic little spot with that building behind you.

could swear there was something not too long ago showing ISU photos by season, but I can't find it. Reiman Gardens might be another nice one.

I'll have to check these places out. Thanks. I walked around campus on Saturday looking for places, but it's kinda hard to know what the background will look like (like if the campanile will show) with no leaves on the trees yet.
