I don't think Buzz leaves Marquette for Minnesota but Marshall is a decent possibility.

I don't think Marshall takes it either. He's content taking the Gonzaga path, IMO.

Pat Riley has been to the Midwest before. Maybe he would take the job.

Word on the street is they've also sent out some feelers to Clem Haskins. Clem will have his administrative assistant write a response thesis statement and get back to them. Hey-yo!

Im just glad I have Homan as my bodyguard, Eustachy joked. If I ever make it real big and get to drive a limo everyday, hell be driving it. I thought he came off the bench like somebody was stealing his cow or something.

Greg Marshall though can rule the MVC now that Creighton is gone.

A source close to the situation tells me that the Washington Generals have given the goofers permission to speak with their head coach.

    This!

Basically they are saying National Championship or bust, imo. Maybe they didn't perform to pre-season expectations (The entire Big 10 to the Sweet 16) but none the less, you can't have a mildly successful season, then fire the coach and expect people to jump all over the job. Seems to me you have a 3 or 4 years to get them to the Final Four or it's Good-bye.

Probably true which makes it so nice that we would appear to have our guy. Minnesota SHOULD be a great job and opportunity but it just isn't that way right now. Some up and coming dude can take this and make something special out of it if they get that practice facility and get out of the old Barn. Up and coming dudes are a crap shoot as hires though.

Well Minn. needs something to look forward to, their football program is not all that good so basketball can recover quicker than football?
