    SiriusXM is INCOMPETENT

    In November I purchased a one-year subscription to SiriusXM at a discounted rate that was offered to me because I called to cancel my service. Yesterday my radio stopped working. Today I logged into my account and found there were no radios linked to my account. I called and was told that my account was terminated due to "technical error" and it was not possible to reinstate my account under my existing rate. I was, however, free to sign up for a new subscription...AT FULL PRICE.

    I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told him I wanted my account reinstated and the subscription I paid for to be honored. He refused but he did offer me a refund for the "unused" portion of my one-year subscription, which I had paid for in advance.

    So beware, fellow Fanatics. SiriusXM can cancel your service at anytime they wish and refuse to honor the contract that you paid for.

    Oh yeah...GO CYCLONES.

    I am thinking about dumping them. The only thing that keeps me around is I am too lazy to call and bicker with them.

    I dropped them a couple of months ago. I do not miss them at all. If I'm paying for 'commercial free' radio, I don't need DJ's yelling at me. And they have short playlists also.

    Dropped them when they started the fee for switching radios. haven't missed them a bit.

    I dropped them about a month and a half ago or so when my term was up. Did the math on it and it really wasn't worth it. It was a complete pain to cancel the service though - they kept throwing out a bunch of offers to try to keep me on as a subscriber.

    The first few days were tough as I was trying to find radio stations to listen to, but now it's no big thing.
