Re: NCAA PREVIEW: Fennelly's program elite

"Gambino earned academic all-conference honors at Kishwaukee and plans to be pharmacy major at Iowa State."

When did Iowa State add a pharmacy college?

ISU doesn't offed a PharmD graduate degree, but you can do pre-pharmacy as an ISU undergrad (just like pre-law or pre-med).

Re: NCAA PREVIEW: Fennelly's program elite

Elite means more to me now than being in the NCAA Tourney consecutive years or getting to the Elite Eight a couple years over the history of the program. We get few top recruits to be really Elite. Though Fennelly gets more out of players than even Gino at UCONN, I believe. I think to be called a "Elite" we need a Final Four appearance and ability to get several top fifty players ever year. We are consistently good and support our program like few other schools but we need to step up to be a really top program.

I am absolutely passionate about supporting our Cyclone WBB program and Fennelly. But, I will not let myself label us Elite until we deserve that appellation. Beat the Zags, then go on to beat Stanford, and I will start believing!
