I thought it started at 6 on CBS.

Re: Selection show time and channel

ESPN has the selection show tomorrow as well. But if you ask me, I really like CBS's commentary and coverage of the teams being paired. They historically have done a hell of a job with it. CBS does a lousy job covering the NFL, but got their **** together when it comes to College Basketball...

Is that right? Usually the Selection Sunday coverage runs simultaneously on both networks. That is odd. I'll be tuned into CBS regardless!

    Ahh you might be right.
However, if you want to hear the teams announced first, tune into CBS as they have the rights over ESPN.

CBS has exclusive rights to unveil the pairings. That's why ESPN goes to Sportscenter at 5...

At one time they did, but ESPN had to wait a few minutes after CBS. Now, CBS has exclusive rights, but ESPN can show the bracket on Sportscenter after CBS has revealed it.

Re: Selection show time and channel

Jim Nantz and Billy Packer are not doing the coverage like years ago (really enjoyed those two), but Seth Davis, Greg Anthony, and Greg Gumbel will do a great job of it!

Billy Packer goes down as my favorite CBS commentator.

CBS is live. ESPN looks at the brackets after they've been announced on CBS.
