Can we Beat Baylor in the B12 Championship Monday Eve

Our D played well the first two meetings just couldn't get any offense. What do we need to do to win the B12 and Baylor Monday eve?

Someone needs to go Tonya Harding on Griener's knee?

The easy answer to the OP is a simple "no"

To be historically accurate, someone would actually have to go Jeff Gillooly on Griner's knee. Tonya was just (temporarily) the beneficiary.

Hypothetically it is possible. OSU played a tough tight game against Baylor today. If we can get the shots to fall, anything is possible, but unlikely.

Re: Can we Beat Baylor in the B12 Championship Monday Eve

I think they can win, but Anna has got to play the game of her life on defense. She has got to figure out what she needs to do on defense before she gets in there, know what situations will require for her positioning, and she needs to keep Griner away from the hoop, while staying out of foul trouble. There will be others that guard Griner, but none have the ability to like Prins. Prins is one of the few in the country that has the ability. I really think she has the know how also.

Play the offense, and just look for opportunities, don't force things. The team did an outstanding job of that today. They have a chance,

I understand we are playing Baylor, but we haven't been to the Big 12 title game since 2007(?). That is a reason for some pride and excitement people.

Somehow, get Griner into foul trouble. Not sure how, but with Poppens, Anna, and Hallie you would think it could be done.

-Be kind. That is something you will never regret. You will never say to yourself when you are old "I wish I was not good to that person".

Beating baylor would be a monumental task. Griner will get his/ hers however if you hold baylor to 70 and shoot lights out its possible.
