    Texas in trouble

Anyone else seeing things on Twitter that something big is coming for the Longhorns. And not the good kind

    Re: Texas in trouble

Texas considering alcohol sales at football, basketball gameshttp://cbsprt.co/16ehwUg Would be 3rd Big 12 team to do so
Per the Daily Texan, the Longhorns would become somewhere in the neighborhood of the 20th FBS school to sell alcohol to the general football-going public and the third Big 12 team to do so. Iowa State and West Virginia already do,
Fail reporting in the article. (Yes, I know we do in the club seats)

It's probably nothing. Remember the Les Miles rumors earlier this week? Nothing happened with that.

    Re: Texas in trouble

According to @AJIsTheReal on the twitter, this is bigger than any 1 sport. Says it has the potential to take down the entire department and "send Bevo to slaughter:

This guy is an ESPN radio host in Texas somewhere
For all I know he is Marty Tirrell with a southern drawl

Is it big like Peyton Manning's car accident, or real-life big?

Apparently, that was on 247sports and maybe orangebloods, too. I tend not to believe orangebloods, but the other board seems to think they're talking about it.

Friday night's revelation by the University of Texas of assistant football coach Major Applewhite's affair with a student is directly related to the forced resignation last month of women's track and field coach Bev Kearney.
Why Major Applewhite's affair with Texas student trainer came out four years later
