    I LOL'd at the "texas-freaking-tech" comment.

    Re: MBB Awards

Iowa State: The Cyclones are one of the toughest teams in America to figure out. At home they look like a top-10 team. Then they go on the road and lose to Texas-freaking-Tech. And to struggling Texas. And to Oklahoma by nearly 20 points. And in the final second at Oklahoma State. It's amazing to think that a team this talented will barely squeak into the NCAA tournament

I loled at their pick for best 6th man, figured it would come from the Big East, pathetic.

Will Clyburn, transfer of the year. I like that. Oriakhi has done pretty well, too.

    Re: MBB Awards

its amazing to think that if a few calls or shots would have went our way we would probably be a top 15 team. Now we are on the verge of missing the NCAA tourney. Being a cyclone fan is hard sometimes

Whenever I see his name I picture this:

    Re: MBB Awards

Bruce Weber probably deserves COY, but this is far and away the best season he will have at K-State. I think it will be all down hill after that. Also, I kinda laugh that they say how crazy it is that a team like Iowa State with all that talent may barely get into the tourney. They make it sound like we underachieved big time when they had us pegged as the 8th best team in the Big 12 before the season started.

That is an excellent point. I'm not sure how finishing 3 places over where you were projected in the league is underachieving.

Unless they underachieved in assessing this team before the season...

Because one time they watch ISU play and they look pretty frickin good and the next, they look awful. It's not that hard to figure out. There's a bunch of talent that is inconsistent and doesn't play defense.

    This is very important:
