    Word on the Street is....

KJ has been offered a nice little package to get back into the MMA world. The Rashad Evans camp is reporting that they have made an attractive proposal to Kevin Jackson to be a full time wrestling coach in Florida. I was skeptical but then saw that King Mo quoted in an article that he was getting back to his roots and going to train with Kevin Jackson. This is exciting news if true. Can anyone verify the rumors or Jackson's future at Iowa State?

I don't know if there is any truth behind it, but it is certainly believable. Jackson did decently when he fought MMA and has experience training high level guys.

Jackson to be the wrestling coach for the Blackzillians? I'm a ufc guy, but things are starting to click with this young team and I'd hate to see him leave when the program is starting to turn around..

    Here's the source:

and Jackson recently retweeted this from him.

Actually, if there are MMA guys dropping by to work on their wrestling with the CWC that would be awesome for the program. For those who don't know Jackson fought MMA for a while before getting into coaching. I don't see anything here to indicate he's planning on leaving to become a full time MMA coach. Though stranger things have happened.

KJ went 2-2 in the ufc and 4-2 overall. Not too shabby.

If true, I just hope this coach can acknowledge he left ISU for the money.

Strange because Mike Van Arsdale is currently the blackzillions head wrestling coach. Unless Mike has left or decided to leave and he has not said anything.

Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
