Re: THIS IS WHY WE CANT HAVE NICE THINGS

It all boils down to being undersized inside.

If Georges and Melvin play normal minutes we're a tough out for anybody.

Re: THIS IS WHY WE CANT HAVE NICE THINGS

We are a very good offensive team, and a fairly bad defensive team. We're not far off though. 2 or 3 stops per game and we would be conference title contenders and on track to get a good NCAA seed.

Hopefully MM, MT, Bluford, Hogue, Armardi and Edozie are collectively an upgrade over Babb, KL, Booker, Clyburn and McGee.

    That is not impossible.

Ultimately I hope Hoiberg can land some guys like Vaughn that are likely good enough athletes, to where they can be good both offensively and defensively. If we had one more 2-dimensional guard and one more 2-dimensional big, we would be next to unstoppable this year.

This team just needs an enforcer. 6'8", 250+, mean streak, knows how to use his 5 fouls, any points are a bonus.

Perhaps a judo with a suspension on his record?

Re: THIS IS WHY WE CANT HAVE NICE THINGS

The Big 12 Conference wants its sexiest basketball program to win its championship and needs it to have a higher seed and theoretically smoother sailing in the NCAA tournament. And the league's officiating fraternity showed once again Monday that it got the memo.

I loved this opening paragraph it was spot on and it was great to see someone calling it like it is "total BS" and it
completely sums up everyone's frustration, not just KSU, Iowa State, OSU, OU, etc... This type of bias treatment toward KU affects all of us; it's the difference from going from a 8 seed to a 10 seed, on or off the tournament bubble and the difference from winning a conference championship for either OSU, KSU, and ISU.
As a fan of KSU... I so feel your the frustration of your fan base. You guys should have beaten those bastards twice.
This crap gets so old and has been going on for too long and what makes it worse is that KU fans are totally oblivious to it all.

I wish our respective university athletic departments could collectively complain and demand that things need to change.

Maybe someone can design a T-shirt with each respective schools colors with some simple saying on them "Come on make the call", Enough is enough", everyone going to the BIG 12 tournament can wear them in protest of KU bias treatment (Opening night)

All proceeds could be donated to a charity

I usually don't like when I hear this, but it may just be bad luck. Some of those shots that beat us were ridiculous
