Student kicked out (and arrested?) early in the game behind East hoop

What happened? I bet he got interference charge considering he was resisting the cops pretty bad. Must be a pretty strong kid cause 4 cops were unable to take him to the ground.

Heard he was boozing. That looked like excessive force to me.

I was wondering the same thing... 4 freaking cops and he was fighting it pretty hard

He was right in front of us in line outside Hilton. He was throwing sprees at people behind and talking crap about how he was going to be in front row. One guy said "come back here and say it to my face". He replied saying "have fun being in the third row ****ing losers"

Yeah it seemed like one of the cops wanted to tackle his so bad. Jumped up and put his arm around his neck to drag him to the ground but the kid was like The Incredible Hulk.

Saw one cop pulling his hair. That's pretty weak.

He was fighting with the Niang poster guys.... Looked like a pretty heated conversation... Next thing I know he's getting arrested.

I know some of the guys that were sitting around him. They all said that before the game he was drinking everclear and orange juice in line waiting to get in. They said he was belligerently drunk by the time the game started and was just being an idiot. They checked out the Story County Inmate website after the game and said he got public intox and interference with official acts.

I admit to being an old man (63 today) but what the hell does the bolded part mean? TIA

“I realized that we are just tough young men. Resilient, really,” Morris adds. “A lot of people probably would have tucked their tail and tried to make moves but this group stuck together. Everybody is on the same page and that really told me a lot about the type of season we can have.”
