    Huh, I'd always figured the dress was because he identified as female. Not because he'd rather wear nothing and skirts are easier to find than kilts.

    I'd also assumed he was homeless. Guess I was wrong on that as well.

    I just was reading this earlier. He will also sometimes go and blow up City Hall meetings with complaints, but he may have slowed down on that. You could catch him on the Ames channel on Mediacom about 8 years ago.
