    Kid movies

    What are your favorites?

I just watched Wreck it Ralph a couple days ago, and I highly recommend checking it out! I have always loved the Toy Story movies also. Anything by Pixar is good, really.

Kids tv is a whole nother ball game nowadays, I used to watch like Looney toons, now it just seems like constant flashing lights and sounds. Land before time is too plot heavy for today's kids haha.

Yeah, this is very much true.

I really like Up and Finding Nemo, even more than the Toy Story movies.

    EDIT:
Favorite animated movies from my childhood: The Lion King, Aladin, Land Before Time, FernGully, Space Jam, Mulan, My Friend Totoro, Hercules

And Classic animated movies I also enjoyed as a kid: Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, The Jungle Book, Bambi

Still could watch any of those movies today and enjoy them.

I was never that big of a Looney Toons fan back in the day (the old-school ones, I mean) - they were okay, I'd watch them, but never my favorite. There's a new Looney Toons show on Cartoon Network, however, that's hilarious - not for kids, really, but very funny. Kristin Wiig is the voice of Bugs' girlfriend.

Wreck-It Ralph was one of the best I've seen lately, also loved Despicable Me, Steve Carell's character was hilarious. Tough to beat some of the Disney movies though, Robin Hood is a classic, Aladdin too.

Generally love all of the Pixar movies.

Wreck it Ralph is a new favorite. I could watch Despicable Me or Kung Fu Panda over and over!

    Re: Kid movies

The only one I've seen in the last 20 years or so was Shrek (and SII). The original was fun for adults, too.

I was really left out as a child because I don't think I've ever seen any of the classic animated movies from Disney.

For some reason when we did go to a movie it was either with my mom to a Flubber/Love Bug type movie or with my Dad to a Drive In movie 6 months after it's release (Bonnie and Clyde, Sundance Kid, Journey to the Center of the Earth).

I do think It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World is a great kids movie but it's quite long.

No matter what, I could NEVER cheer for Dirt and Urine.
