    Didn't really know that much about him but it sounds like he was a decent guy and a self-made man. Also, this opens up a seat at the WSOP.

    Wow, knew he was in the hospital but didn't think it would happen this fast.

    Bad news for Lakers fans, his son is going to be a complete disaster running the franchise.

    A guy that I worked with told me that his dad lived in LA back around 1950 and was partners with Jerry Buss as they were just starting the property management/land development business. After a year or so his dad moved back to the midwest and sold his share of the business for practically nothing because they were just getting started. Falls into the woulda, coulda, shoulda department.
