Comcast comes with my monthlies here at the condo. They are a cable company, so their service is crappy. They have a 2 hour window guarantee, but the first time I scheduled them to come and fix problems with my cable service they "lost" the appointment so it didn't get scheduled - thus I waited all afternoon and they didn't show up. When I asked about the guarantee they said since it wasn't actually scheduled (their fault) technically there was no appointment. All I had was my word that I'd had an appointment so it didn't carry any weight. I'd try the other option if I were you.
No matter what, I could NEVER cheer for Dirt and Urine.
