    Trent Lockett

Looked up his stats with Marquette. 7.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists. He's only shooting 29% 3Pt. Certainly not the kind of numbers that were expected. Made me question where he'd fit in with our team if he'd signed with ISU and where those minutes would have gone.

IMO, would have come off the bench and taken away minutes from a combination of Lucious, Babb, Mcgee, and Bubu. Probably mostly Bubu. I'm okay with not having him because I think he would have thrown off our back court rotation too much. Either that or having him would have meant more small lineups with either Clyburn, or maybe even Babb at the 4.

His role would have been similar to what Bubu's is now, 2nd guy off the bench. He would've been a solid player but I'm not sure he'd take many minutes from our starters, or Tyrus.

    Re: Trent Lockett

I watched a couple of Marquettes games and Lockett looked like a solid player. I think he would have added great depth and his numbers would have been higher in Fred's system with the spacing. The guy gets 5 rebounds and 5 assist a game along with his 8ppg.

    Re: Trent Lockett

Lockett is a lot better player than what the stats indicate. He is solid!
