Time for Babb to Babbtize some B****es

Ton of respect for the guy, probably my favorite on this team, because I love good defense, especially great on-ball defenders.

I realize for the most part he's done a great job defensively in conference, excluding McLemore going off, but entering the second half of conference we really need him to Step Up and SHUT DOWN every night. Especially now that we are strong contenders for a championship.

It seems like it was this time last year when we really started to notice how good he was, and he seemed to get better down the stretch. He's gunna have some hellacious battles to come: McGruder-who he's owned in the past, @Texas-Kabongo maybe, @Baylor-Jackson probably, KU- rematch with McLemore in Hilton will be epic, and whoever is hot when Okst comes to Hilton.

Haha, I like it, so I'm going to run with it. I think Mcgruder has already been Babbtized.

T-shirts are needed. Have an image of Babb dipping McGruder in some water. Well done.

He's been my favorite player both of the last two years. I'm a sucker for a guy who does what his coach asks for his team even when it isn't a glory role. We're only in trouble when we hit a team with enough top talent and we don't have enough Babbs.

Re: Time for Babb to Babbtize some B****es

We're in a good position down the stretch. We have some eyes on us as a likely tourney team today. We either falter and those eyes disappear, or we get a run going and the bracketologists start talking about us. A lot of that falls on Babb. As a leader and as a defender he is a big key to continued success. He puts together some big games (Kansas, either tournament) and he could be playing next year, likely not NBA, but D-league, overseas, etc.

Hey, Hopp- where's your "All your points are belong to Babb" pic? This thread needs it.

Ah, yes- "All your scoring opportunities." My bad. K State has no chance to survive. Make your time.
