Busy Bee in Beaverdale is who I go to. Extremely fast turn around.

There is a little shop in the Haymarket Square/Mall (Burlington Coat Factory/Hobby Lobby) on Merle Hay Rd. I don't know the name but it is the only tailoring shop and they do great work and very reasonable. I believe it is just an Asian couple that run it and work there. Very nice.

Keep doing what you're doing to build Strong Towns.

    Re: Tailor in Des Moines

Kim's (i think) in Valley West mall is good.

i have heard good things about the tailor near 42nd street, on street north of Hubbell Elementary

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver."

It might help to know what you need tailored; are you just looking to have a few pieces altered, or are you wanting someone that can make you a whole suit?

This is who you are talking about. My wife uses them and they are good.
