    Re: Anyone do Kosama?

I did it for 8 weeks... I wouldn't say I'm fit but am not out of shape by any means but thought is was a pretty good workout. My first time doing a class like that so I don't have any comparables other than what my typical workout routines are. I'd agree with the above poster in that it'll push you cardio-wise.

    Re: Anyone do Kosama?

As a disclaimer it is the only type of high intensity program I have tried other than what I do on my own. For already being in shape, I did it just to try something new. I only did the intial 8 or 12 week program (don't rmbr what it was) when you paid like 300 up front. It def kicked my rear initially just from a stamina stand point. Overall, for someone already in shape I liked it but it was not worth the money. As a cheaper monthly fee it would be easier to consider but I'm not one that likes to do the same type of workout for a year so I would get bored with it. I noticed the biggest change in my shoulders and legs. If you are not already in shape I could see it being a great kick start. You would def have to stick with it and I would imagine give it a few months, but I would think most people will see some kind of difference, once again if you are

    Re: Anyone do Kosama?

I did it for 3 months. It's a pretty solid workout. Like all group classes just being part of the group keeps you motivated to attend and work harder.

You'll probably be in the best shape of your life and then 6 months later be right back where you are now.

    Re: Anyone do Kosama?

I quit after 2 years and started riding/jogging. It used to be an awesome workout, but then they got bought and switched to silly TRX crap. It got so easy i was not even sweating after an hour.

    I don't recommend it anymore.
