Is that deal still going for tickets that Adam Gray was talking about?

    Parking
Most parking lots in the vicinity of Allen Fieldhouse require a parking permit. These are obtainable only through membership in the Williams Education Fund. Very limited public parking is available for a $20 per stall fee on a first-come, first served basis in Lot 90, Lot 112, and Lot 125. Please follow City and University parking regulations when parking on streets in the area.

    Shuttle Bus Parking
Beginning two hours prior to tip-off, KU Parking & Transit will make available a shuttle
service pick-up at the East Park and Ride Lot #301 free of charge. The entrance is located at Clinton Parkway and Crestline Drive (next to the Shenk Recreational Sports Complex). Return trips will end 30 minutes following the game. Shuttle service for fans that use wheelchairs will be provided in the same manner as above. Limited mobility fans will be allowed to unload and load near the south entrance to Allen Fieldhouse.

    Entry Gates
Visiting Team Player/Guest & General Public- Southeast corner of Allen Fieldhouse

Lot 90 is where we parked for the football game. It's a big lot and close to the stadium. $20 per car.

    Re: Roll Call: Lawrence

If you got the general admission tickets, I recommend showing up as early as possible to get good seats. Gates open up 1 1/2 hours prior to tip. (2 hours for students)

Yes. That was the standard deal.
I've done those for every place I've seen a game. It works like a charm.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.

Pull up Google maps, and look up these addresses. For free street parking, I usually park within a few blocks of one of these spots:

    1530 Crescent Rd.
    730 W. 17th St.
    1940 Hillview Rd.

    Re: Roll Call: Lawrence

For you guys with GA, I would recommend going 90 minutes early. You're going to be up near the top corner anyway, but you can get the best of the GA seats. But, really, there's not a bad seat in the building. They pack 16,300 in there tight.

Once you get your seats, tell your wife or your buddy to chill out for a while and save the seats, because you're going to explore. Head down to the little museum area at the front entrance to start, then take a lap around outside of the lower level. Soak it in. And then head back to your seats, tell your wife/buddy how nauseated you are by all the KU-ness, and get ready for the game. The last 10-15 minutes before the game is always pretty fun, when KU does their whole show, with the chants and the cheers and the pre-game videos. Again, if you can avoid passing out from nausea, that would be for the best. Because if you can put aside whatever amount of dislike you have for Kansas for a couple hours, it's a great college sports experience.
