    It's official...

The Kansas City Chiefs are on the clock...

"With the 1st pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Steele Jantz, Quarterback, Iowa State University."

My boss wants Barkley but given the recent nfl play by trojan quarterbacks I'd avoid barkley like the plague.

It would be nice if we could trade down a few spots, pick up an extra pick and get Smith from WVU. I don't want Barkley.

don't even draft a qb, just let Stanzi and Quinn duke it out in training camp

trade for alex smith to use until you get into the lottery (likely next year) and get some better players on offense (line, receivers).

    Smart thing to do

My guess would be some random running back or a d lineman from LSU.

That's what I want. Bring in Alex Smith and Andy Reed. Alex Smith runs the West Coast offense well, Andy Reid is a West Cost offense guy.

Seems logical, I am a fan of random d-linemen from LSU.

VandenBerg is available. He plays like a KC Chiefs qb.

Not a good year to have the #1 pick IMO.

Not at all... although the current top prospect is Joeckel, huge OT out of aggy, which is a position we sorely need.

I kinda hope Barkley rehabs well and blows away scouts in the Combine too...

Chiefs need Johnny Football, but will get a big ugly instead.
