Skol Vikings!!! AP misses the record, but makes the playoffs. Married Christian Ponder is unbeatable.

I know everyone thinks ap should be MVP but it should be Peyton. Ap came back from an acl happens all the time. Peyton is coming off a broken neck.

You're right, hundreds of NFL running backs have come back from a torn ACL and MCL, in 8 months, to lead the league in rushing and challenge for the single season record.

Never said anything about Manning, just saying it's not like what AP has done since last Dec is a routine occurence.

Besides, I didn't know MVP = Most Valuable Player returning from most significant injury

In all fairness Manning is playing in the AFC West. Jantz would probably be a top 5 NFL QB with that competition.

Why does "who had the more serious injury" matter? Look at who has carried their team the furthest and made a difference. AP will win it if he breaks Dickerson's record. If not, Peyton is the victor, IMO.

As evidenced by the fact that last year, they made Tebow look good.
