    Coffee

I've been getting more and more adventurous trying different types of coffee and have enjoyed trying different coffees from around the world.

After going to Hawaii on our honeymoon, I've really enjoyed Kona coffee but its freaking expensive. I've bought several different kinds on Gevalia as they have a nice selection but I think much on their site is far from "premium" coffee.

I got my first coffee grinder for Christmas and am looking new things to try. Any other coffee lovers out there have anything that they like?

    Re: Coffee

I'm pretty much a dark roast fan and stick to Columbian primarily. My wife's sister is a Kona fan though. She says the best deal is to get Kona whole bean at Costco and grind it yourself, if that helps at all.

H-E-B Cafe Ole Coffee Shop :: Taste of Texas

I like Taste of San Antonio and their Breakfast Blend.

One of the items I'll miss having easy access to after leaving Texas. Thankfully you can buy it online.

    Re: Coffee

Agreed. When making non-espresso drinks, this is the way to get the best tasting coffee. For some really great coffees, try Paradise Roasters in Ramsey, MN. They're just down the street from my house, but roast some of the best tasting coffees I've ever bought.

Their Espresso Nuevo is actually one of my favorite to make regular coffee with.

Good luck - you might just be taking the first step in going off the deep end as my wife has accused me of doing.

    Re: Coffee

It's not super exotic or anything but my personal favorite is Caffè Verona from Starbucks.
