"...because I can..." I love that CPR is rocking the Liberty Bowl hat already during the first interview.

those cyclone.tv clips never play well for me, they always spend the entire time buffering.

The only real thing is it doesn't look they intend on WImberly, Bibbs or Meeks redshirting. Meeks was perhaps a little more questionable there but he referenced Miller and what he did when enrolling early.

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.

Yep that was what I gathered as well. When we first signed Bibbs and Wimberly, I thought they would redshirt due to the SRs we have at their positions, but now after you see the schools who wanted them as December came and listening to Rhoads it is obvious we consider them both far too good to redshirt.

Totally agree. Seems like I always read on here how people are excited when we redshirt a lot of our guys. I get more excited when a kid can come in and play right away -- especially now that we've got better players in the program.

Playing right away is different than playing special teams right away. I would love another year of Knott, Klein, George, reeves, ect. Look at what an advantage Brun will be next year. If they can start I have no problems not redshirting them (Lazard for example).

I was going to post the same thing! Great video with a little bit of ISU history.

The rule is technically .500 winning percentage, IIRC. The elimination of ties has just made that de facto six wins.

Either that or I suppose the eligibility rules have changed over time.
