I hit an ace during a league to win the ace fund ($40). I hit another ace during a tiebreaker to win some money.

I ran the regional cc meet in 17:43 in high school. The following year, I had 4 facemask penalties in a single game at cornerback.

Also recently broke 85 on the golf course. A big accomplishment for me after starting to play about 6 years ago shooting in the 1-teens.

I love #16, its perfect for a backhand thrower thats right handed. I was so close on that hole every time, but could never find the chains. The disc would just come bombing down and it was always exciting to see where it was going to land. (Unless they changed the layout in that last few years)

That's exactly what he did, just threw it out to the right and had it crash down and to the left smack into the chains. I throw left hand back hand so I either need to shoot over the bushes on the left or aim right and turn it a bit.

    Re: Your greatest athletic achievement/moment

I have won 9 intramural champ shirts and three other shirts (homecoming, E-Week). Mosty for volleyball but some others mixed in. Beating a team with 5 club guys and Kaylee Manns as their setter was pretty sweet.

Also made state 4A basketball junior and senior year. 3rd place and 4th place, respectively. I wasn't good enough to play but it was still cool.

In ROTC my roommate and I won the Tulane National Drill Championships for 2-man exhibition drill. It was an absolute **** show of a performance but the elements we added were pretty awesome. This was the third consecutive event we did that day and our arms were exhausted from throwing M1's around all frick'n afternoon.

    Re: Your greatest athletic achievement/moment

Probably the one I am am most proud of was winning the Most Outstanding Pitcher at the Sarasota Baseball Classic, the biggest High School baseball tournament in the southeast. In the tournament I threw a no-hitter against the defending State Champs, Hialeah American then got a two inning win in releif against Sarasota High, a team that had three future major leagues and 9 others that made it to the minors...

Honorable Mentions, finishing the Chicago Marathon and having D1 offers in three sports with prefered walk on offers for a fourth

    Re: Your greatest athletic achievement/moment

My freshman year of high school I was playing on the sophomore team against Urbandale. It was double overtime and we were down two with a couple seconds left. Kid bricks his second free-throw, I got the rebound, took a dribble and heaved it from the opposite free throw line and made it to win the game.

That **** was in the Indianola Record Herald...big time.

    Re: Your greatest athletic achievement/moment

For me it was being the starting pitcher my senior year at the 2A State Baseball Tournament. It was the first time our school had ever made it. I pitched a complete game shutout with 10 strikeouts and we beat the 2nd seeded team that year. Came back and pitched 2 days later and almost won the semi-final game. Also went 4-8 in the two tournament games. Still one of my fondest memories was hanging out at the hotel with my teammates after our loss. Good times and great teammates.

As a Little Leaguer, struck out 16 in a 6 inning game.

All-State my senior year in HS, cross country and track, 3A. Walked on the ISU track team the next fall and won the annual fall freshman track meet in the 400 hurdles (record time), beating the prior spring's state champ in 4A 400 lows, thus earning a spot on the ISU Track and Field team.
