Iowa storms court against little brother

I thought this was pretty funny.

Overall, the atmosphere at the game was pretty tame. Didn't get that loud. My unbiased opinion says that Hilton>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Carver.

Re: Iowa storms court against little brother

Actually, we didn't. After big wins, Iowa players come over to the student section to celebrate with them. Usually the first few rows meet them on the sidelines, but tonight it spilled further on the court. Iowa absolutely did not storm the court. Its just what they do after big games.

First time they've beat us in basketball or football since Arnaud was quarterback. They were understandably excited.

It would have been even funnier if it actually happened, which it didn't.

Lots of things are funnier when they happen.

As far as depth goes though, the combination of White, Woodbury, Olaseni, Basabe, and Uthoff is much better than Niang, Ejim, Edozie, Gibson. Not because of the top 2, but because of the next 2 or 3. -DeanVogs

But can't knock it too much. The passion is why I think the college game is better.

so, do we say it was their super bowl or do we go more technical with their national championship?

The fans didn't even make it to the free throw line. Yeah, I can admit it was a big win, because it was. "Rushing the court?" Hardly. Wisconsin last year was rushing the court. Or Purdue 2 seasons ago. Two totally different ways to celebrate a win.
