Congrats to those guys. All our more than deserving. Too bad we only have on guy on offense on the list, but I can't really disagree with that though.

I told you so about McDonough and you just jumped on my wagon! : )

Congrats to all Cyclones. Times are changing. It use to be where we had 3 guys total. Not 3 on the 1st team.

This is a great indicator of the progress this program has made. Go Cyclones. A big kudos to CPR and the entire staff for the recruitment, skills development, strength and conditioning, right down the line. Oh yeah, and the work put in by the athletes as well. Nice work!

I'm really surprised that Knott got 1st team. Usually a guy goes down half though the season he can kiss any awards goodbye.

Interesting - Texas did not have many AC-players even after including Honorable Mentions

Agreed. He played in 5 out of 9 conference games and was still 1st team. With that said, I think the coaches clearly see him and Arthur Brown as the two best LB's in the conference and thus the reason he still is a 1st team player. He really was putting together a season that would have landed him Big 12 POTY honors.

Knott and Klein were expected but it's nice to see Jake and Givens get some recognition for great seasons.

I'm a huge Kirby fan but he is not better than Sharp, sorry.

Love Kirby but Sharp is better as a punter than he is as a kicker.
