    From my experience - If you can't pick up KMA - get a new radio, but I'll give that AM waves can be funny.... Can you get KSOM from CB? I know when I moved here, I was shocked that ISU doesn't have an Omaha Station that grabs ISU since there are a lot of alums in the area and are on the fringe of Iowa.

    I've listed to late night basketball games on KMA through Sioux City into S. Dakota before, but the clouds may have been just right.

    Don't get too used to locals being unencrypted. The FCC now allows cable companies to encrypt them and I suspect it is only a matter of time until they all do.
