    My prediction -- some day, many months or years from now the NCAA will issue a ruling as a result of these gambling allegations that Tulsa forfeits all post-season play retroactive to a past year; effectively making our 12-31-12 bowl game as though it never happened . . .

    No, the games only never happened for the team that vacates them. The other team's records stay the same. Hooray, NCAA!

    Well this is rotten timing! Now all the Tulsa players are going to be all amped up and more motivated to "Win one for our AD who was fired for gambling!" We don't have a chance. And if we do somehow come out a winner here, we'll get no credit for it as everyone will just say how Tulsa was distracted by the tragedy of losing their AD.
